The MSR2000A controller provides stepless electronic speed control of single phase electric motors in fan and pump applications. Motor speed may be varied between maximum motor speed and a preset minimum speed, by a potentiometer located remotely from the MSR2000A. As a stand alone unit, the MSR2000 may be used to reduce motor speed to any desired level, by setting a screwdriver adjustable trim potentiometer which is incorporated in the MSR2000A.

240 volt, 8.3 amps, 50/60Hz, 2000 VA up to 30 degrees C in free air. Derate at 50VA per degree C above 30 degrees C.
Rating may be increased to 10 amps and 2400 VA with forced ventilation.

Six tapped slots in the heat sink permit panel mounting with 6mm screws. Optionally, brackets are available for mounting on a 35mm DIN rail.

Four 270mm 250 volt V90 PVC leads terminated with 10mm bootlace terminals.

Remote, one megohm 0.25 watt 250VAC potentiometer connected between the blue and brown leads. Refer wiring diagram overleaf.
