Precise control for different zones

Every zone in your building is different. Our Speed Controllers let you fine-tune airflow for each area during commissioning. Meeting rooms can run differently from open-plan offices. Bathrooms and amenities get the extraction they need without affecting other areas.

For zones that need to stay at a set speed, our Speed Limiters are perfect. Dial in the right airflow during installation and lock it there. Great for air balancing across complex HVAC systems where you need consistency.

Bathroom and amenities ventilation

Office bathrooms and tea rooms need proper ventilation, but they don’t need to run at full speed constantly. Our Run-On Timers are ideal for these areas. The fan comes on when someone uses the space and keeps running for a set period afterwards, clearing moisture and odours automatically.

The ROT6 works particularly well in office buildings with multiple bathrooms on a floor. One fan serves multiple rooms, and the timer manages the run-on period based on usage across all of them. Set it once during commissioning and it handles itself.

Smart extraction for office kitchens and cafeterias

Office kitchen areas and cafeterias often have cooking equipment that isn’t in constant use. Our Current Sensors detect when appliances are actually running and boost extraction accordingly.
